WatchWe drove by a bridge that is used to get to my school quickly. They had it closed off and I’m pretty sure they ended up closing the road we were driving on off too given that the river was spilling over onto the street.
WatchThis is normally a field and I can only remember it having water in it one other time since I moved here. Oh, and I couldn’t get a decent video of it from behind the houses but there was a swan swimming around in it.
The rain has been absolutely insane for the past few days. Schools were closed today because so many of the roads were closed from flooding (though I’m pretty sure at least one of the schools flooded itself). So thanks to nothing better to do my mom decided to take me and my siblings on a drive/walk around town to see just how bad things had gotten.

Last week the weather was so amazing. I wish it would come back. I mean, 54 isn’t that cold but its a far cry from nearly 70 degrees after what seemed like an endless winter. I WORE SHORTS. But until the wind settles down and lets the weather heat up again I’ll sit inside sketching and baking :’)
oh hi tumblr, I’m lost in the land of nostalgia right now. Its expected to last until I finish heart gold. I’ll try and tear myself from the DS a bit more lol.

grrrr. My internet hasn’t been cooperating with my laptop lately.

So anyways yesterday was my little brother’s 11th birthday :’) annnnnd it was actually warm enough for us all to get out on a 2 mile walk. As for today, I took another walk with my mom and have been watching...

back, I went to the Eastern Regions Middle School Music Festival today. My little sister was preforming :’). Everyone sounded so wonderful.
Oh! And I find it necessary to announce that I saw a real live middle school scene mullet! THE HORROR.
